Powerbar vs. Clif Bar: Which one wins?

Alright, I was accused of being "old school" this weekend after defending the original Powerbars as one of my favorite riding foods. It got me thinking... there's a ton of energy drinks, bars, and gels out there. What's the best? Let's take a poll, based on taste and performance, for our favorites. Any rider can go ahead and respond with a comment to this post. Rank your top 3 in each category, and when you pick your favorite, tell which flavor you like the best.

Gels:
Hammer Gel Accelgel ClifShot Honey Stinger Powergel GU Carboom Other?

Bars:
Original Powerbar Powerbar Harvest Balance Bar Clif Bar Peak Bar Luna Bar Other?

Drinks:
Accelerade Cytomax Powerbar ClifBar Gu20 Other?

Let me know with a comment, and I'll try to post the results in a week or two.

Things you say when you're delirious after a cross country race

"Who put those trees so close to the trail anyhow?" It may not have been the brightest thing I've ever said, but after riding the Angelfire Cross Country course a couple of times on Saturday, I couldn't come up with much better. It was a fun descent, but I did have a close call with one or two of the trees. There were too many good results to list them all, but Randy Johnson, one of our team mentors, finished 2nd in the expert race.
Sunday morning I did the Super-D, which is a great event. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for some more fun when the cross country is over. After the Super-D, I switched from Ingrid, my XC bike, to D-money, my newly acquired downhill bike. I headed back to the top of the mountain for my first non-collegiate downhill race ever. It was a lot of fun, but I'll be keeping that bike at home for the rest of the race season.
I heard the rest of the team had some good results on the road side of things... congrats to all of you, and let's hear some stories.
